There are articles at www.deepcapture.com that catch the essense of Cramer. On the web is a clip of Cramer explaining how hedge funds manipulate a stock to improve their performance, in which he describes calling media and lying about a specific issue to get the stock up or down depending on one's position. A juror would see this clip and have enough evidence to convict Cramer of stock manipulation. There shouldn't be a statute of limitations on securities violations. Madoff isn't the only one who has earned 150 years.

DeepCapture is an expose' of the captured regulators, captured media, and who has them in their pockets.

Thanks to Comedy Central for going after this issue. Cramer looks beaten. Stock manipulation has been a taboo subject in the financial media and it is time that it is brought to the attention of the public, particularly our young people so that they are not duped into believing the tripe that CNBC delivers.

Humor has long been used to get to the heart of social, economic, and criminal wrongdoings. The Daily Show, Stewart and the staff are to be commended for their work. They deserve an emmy for comedy and news. Jon Stewart is brilliant, much like the late George Carlin. Few people have had the opportunity and platform to address Wall Street's massive fraud on America and the rest of the world. Stewart and his crew.. can't thank them enough.

Excellent. I was hoping someone would jump on this -- I think Keith Olbermann might have if he and Kramer weren't both under the aegis of the NBC peacock. Looks like he took the night off instead. Too bad, because Keith's pretty damn funny, too.

Jim Cramer went on the Today Show and Morning Joe to bitch about his treatment at the hands of Jon Stewart, which makes absolutely no sense at all. Who does he think he is, Governor of Illinois? The smart money is to keep your mouth shut and move on as if nothing happened and be damn glad The Daily Show is on cable.

Here's the deal, Kramer. You're on TV screaming at people to buy this BS (literally) stock that tanked within two weeks after your diatribe against selling it short. You're trapped on camera like a shoplifter at a 7-11, and you're in danger of becoming a featured segment in a Spike TV special, which I would call When Cable News Men Attack.

You need to keep you mouth shut, starting now. Go ahead and
remove your toes first, but do shut up.
